AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the Summer Body Plans website and purchasing our digital fitness plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Summer Body Plans sells digital workout plans in PDF format. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased plan(s). All plans are delivered digitally — there are no physical products shipped.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

LICENSE AND USE

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital plan(s) for your own personal fitness purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the plans with others
• Modify the plans and claim them as your own work
• Use the plans for commercial purposes, including coaching or training businesses
• Upload the plans to file-sharing platforms or public repositories

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a plan, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full refund, exchange, or credit at our discretion. See our full Refund Policy for details.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our workout plans are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. By purchasing and using our plans, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Summer Body Plans is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from following our workout programs. Individual results will vary based on factors including but not limited to adherence, nutrition, genetics, and starting fitness level.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and digital plans, is the property of Summer Body Plans and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate these laws.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summer Body Plans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
