WHY WE BUILT
SUMMER BODY PLANS

We started Summer Body Plans because we were tired of seeing the same generic fitness ebooks sold to everyone regardless of their body type, goal, or experience level.

The truth is, someone trying to build glutes needs a completely different program than someone trying to get lean. A complete beginner needs different guidance than someone who's been training for years. And someone training at home needs different exercises than someone with full gym access.
