If you're not satisfied with your plan, contact us within 14 days for a review of your refund request.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
All Summer Body Plans products are digital PDF files delivered instantly after purchase. Once payment is confirmed, you will have immediate access to download your plan(s) from your "My Plans" dashboard. A confirmation email with download links will also be sent to your registered email address.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Because our products are delivered digitally and accessed immediately, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that sometimes a plan may not be the right fit. We will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
Wrong plan purchased
If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan, we can exchange it or issue a refund.
Technical issues
If you experience download problems that our support team cannot resolve.
Duplicate purchase
If you were charged twice for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Not as described
If the plan content significantly differs from the product description on our website.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us within 14 days
Send a message through our Contact page with "Refund Request" as the subject.
Include your details
Provide your email address, the plan(s) purchased, and the reason for your request.
We'll review and respond
We typically respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
BUNDLE REFUNDS
For the Summer Body Complete Collection (bundle), refund requests follow the same policy. If you've only downloaded some of the plans, we may offer a partial refund or exchange for individual plans instead.
